Concentration
and Motivation
The skills of motivation and concentration can be so important
in determining the academic progress of children and adults.
For instance, interviewing a child about how they think they
are getting on at school and finding what will motivate them
to show more interest and work harder can be key.
They can also be affected by other factors such as anxiety.
Teaching more efficient ways of learning, such as study and
thinking skills, can also affect concentration and motivation.
